Matt Damon’s role in The Odyssey is just getting better and better. When I first heard that the legendary Christopher Nolan was to direct a movie adaptation of The Odyssey, I couldn’t believe my luck. As a Nolan fan and English literature student, my nerdiest dreams had come true. And based on Ben Affleck’s comments, Matt Damon could elevate The Odyssey to being one of the best Christopher Nolan movies yet. Affleck is an old friend and famous collaborator of Damon and is, therefore, in a good place to comment on the project.
