RTE star Jennifer Zamparelli has revealed the “most extravagant” gift she has ever purchased.
The popular presenter is a familiar face to many, due to her consistent TV work with the broadcaster.

Recently, Jennifer revealed a luxurious addition she made to her home, and it’s one of the most expensive things she’s ever purchased.
Speaking to The Irish Times, she admitted: “We bought a sauna around five years ago. It’s always been a dream of ours to have one so we went for it.
“It cost around €10,000 and honestly it’s the best purchase ever. We use it at least once a week and love the time we get to spend in there chatting with no phones, no kids, just talking about our day.”
She added: “My neighbours probably think we’re mad, though. We live in a terraced housing estate very central in Dublin, so I’m pretty sure they’ve seen us trotting down to the sauna in our robes of an evening, thinking that these two have serious notions!”
Despite her luxurious spending splash, Jennifer said she believes that she is more of a saver when it comes to money.
She explained: “I would say I’m a saver. I really don’t like to shop, probably because I’m not good at it and don’t have the patience for it. Covid made it easier for me.
“What that year did was it made me a conscious shopper so now I have to absolutely love what I want before I buy it, especially clothes. Taking a sustainable approach with my wardrobe was the best thing I did with regards to money.”
The star also joked that she does have one purchase she has come to regret.
She joked: “I got a bit drunk after having lunch with my mother one afternoon and walked into the Great Outdoors shop and bought a paddle board! We have used it a few times, but I really didn’t need to buy one.”
Splashing out on a sauna is quite an on brand extravagance for the health nut.
As in the lead up to Dancing With The Stars this year, Jennifer would frequently take to her Instagram to update fans on her fitness journey.
And it definitely seemed to have worked as she recently showed off her incredible figure as she revealed her training journey.
The 44-year-old looked jaw-dropping wearing black Nike shorts, a black tank top, colourful runners and white Nike socks.

The mum-of-two tied her luscious locks into a ponytail.
Jen recorded some of her workout as she did some squats and push-ups.
The Dublin beauty captioned her post: “Eight weeks kick start… Let’s go! I am back with @movementfitness.ie.
“I decided to take part in @movementfitness.ie eight week training program to kick start my good habits before Christmas.”
Jennifer explained the reason she’s decided to begin training now saying: “I know it can be odd to do it at this time of year but I really feel my physical and mental health benefit from a solid goal and having something to work towards in the colder months.
“I do not wanna lose weight… nope… no thanks. I want to gain muscle and I want to get fitter… (being able to achieve a pull up would be nice).”
