Kanye West’s ex-assistant ‘forced into hiding by threats’ as her lawyer calls out chilling similarity to Diddy ‘abuse’

THE former assistant accusing Kanye West of sexual assault has been forced into hiding because of the unhinged rapper’s repeated threats, her attorney disclosed to The U.S. Sun.

Lauren Pisciotta, 36, came forward in June 2024 with shocking allegations that the Heartless rapper, 47, “hooked up” with her without her consent or knowledge after her drink was spiked during a recording studio session.

West denied Pisciotta’s accusation in an X rant in February, saying anyone who tries to “extort” him will “run out of money” before he does.

“I don’t go one year without somebody trying this s**t where the f**k is Lauren Pisciotta now,” West wrote in all caps.

Now, prominent defense attorney Lisa Bloom, who in February began representing Pisciotta, revealed to The U.S. Sun her client was forced to leave her home because of self-proclaimed Nazi Kanye’s menacing online remarks.

‘BILLIONAIRE BULLIES’

Bloom, who has represented sexual assault victims in high-profile cases against Bill Cosby and Jeffrey Epstein, compared the litigation against West to that of disgraced Bad Boy mogul Sean Combs.

The renowned attorney, who is also representing Dawn Richard in her sexual assault suit against Combs, called both rappers “billionaire bullies” with extensive resources.

“Both Kanye West and Sean Combs are very wealthy men, very powerful in the music industry, and have kind of had rumors swirling around them for years about bad behavior, but not much was done until recently,” Bloom told The U.S. Sun.

“They run PR campaigns against my client and me. They try to get some media outlets to go with slurs.

“Kanye West has been tweeting about my client. These very ugly, nasty slurs to try to intimidate her.

“She has had to go into hiding. She has had to leave her home because of threats and harassment, and she has now gone into hiding. She is not working.

“This is what it has done to her. So, yes, it’s very difficult to go up against people like this, but not impossible.”

BOMBSHELL SUIT

Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans model, said she began working with West for his fashion brand Yeezy in 2015, before becoming his executive assistant in 2021.

The executive assistant position came with a $1 million salary, according to her lawsuit, but it required Pisciotta to be available to West at all times.

However, in 2022, Pisciotta was quickly victimized by West, who allegedly sexually harassed her by sending her a barrage of explicit text messages, describing his sexual fantasies with other Yeezy employees, the suit states.

West would also allegedly pleasure himself next to Pisciotta on a private jet trip.

The former assistant alleged West once asked her to come into his room on the plane as they traveled to Paris and then shut the door and laid down on the bed, according to the lawsuit.

The complaint alleges West “masterbated under the covers” until he fell asleep as Pisciotta sat in the chair across from him.

In one studio session in Santa Monica, which West co-hosted with Combs, the Power rapper told everyone in attendance they had to have a drink if they wanted to stay.

Pisciotta alleged West handed her a drink and after taking a few sips she began feeling “disoriented” and in an “altered and heavily impaired state.”

She claimed she felt “physically ill and confused” and had no memory of anything and believed she was drugged, Pisciotta alleged in her lawsuit.

Years later, West referred to the night in question and told Pisciotta they had “kind of hook up a little one time,” according to the court filing.

Pisciotta allegedly told West she did not remember anything, to which the rapper supposedly laughed and said, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

DAY OF RECKONING

Bloom said a Me Too reckoning in the music industry is long overdue and views the cases against Combs and West as a starting point.

“The music industry, in my opinion, is one of the worst when it comes to sexual harassment and sexual assault, and I’ve been litigating cases on behalf of victims in every industry for many, many years,” the attorney told The U.S. Sun.

“The fashion industry is pretty bad too, and its treatment of models, but the music industry may be the worst of all, I think that a MeToo reckoning is well overdue for the music industry.

“We’ve seen that for TV and film, but we haven’t really seen it in music. We’ve seen some high-profile people like R. Kelly brought to justice.

“We know that Sean Combs is going to have his criminal trial in May, and he’s got a lot of accusers, including some that I represent.

“But overall, I think the music industry still victimizes a lot of people, especially women.

“And they just continue to get away with it.”

‘TAKE YOUR BEST SHOT, KANYE’

A pretrial conference in West’s case is scheduled for March 27.

Bloom said she expects to witness West’s erratic behavior first hand when she gets the opportunity to depose him.

A Zoom deposition of West from 2021 depicted the rapper’s unsettling and unpredictable behavior, where he declared the legal proceeding as “bulls**t” and lashed out at attorneys calling them “stupid.”

“I expect that, I’ve had a lot of cases against billionaire bullies, and that’s what they do,” she told The U.S. Sun of West’s behavior shown in the A&E series Interrogation Raw: Celebrity Under Oath.

“They have a lot of ego. They think that they’re above the law.

“They think they don’t have to answer questions like everybody else, and it usually takes going to the judge and getting the judge to rein them in.

“I’m not really concerned about any bad behavior on his part. In fact, I welcome it if he behaves badly.

“That’s going to be recorded on videotape and also by a stenographer, and that can be used against him.”

Bloom added, “So, that would only confirm what my client, Lauren, is alleging that he behaves very badly, that he’s egotistical, that he’s toxic, that he treats people badly, he’s disrespectful.

“So, it he behaves that way, that really only helps our case.

“I’m not personally concerned about it, go ahead, take your best shot, Kanye.”

Diddy’s downfall

By The U.S. Sun’s Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy’s legal battles for years

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in September 2024, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.
