Pregnant Kylie Kelce Reveals Which Iconic Rom-Com Character She Might Name Baby No. 4 After

Pregnant Kylie Kelce is in the throes of picking out a baby name for her and husband Jason Kelce’s fourth daughter. And after bravely crowdsourcing names from followers of Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce (a Wave Original podcast) earlier this year, the expectant mom revealed a name that she and Jason have considered.

In her recent episode with guest Kate Hudson, Kelce reiterated that she has three daughters, each with gender-neutral names that tend to lean more masculine: 5-year-old Wyatt, 4-year-old Elliotte, and 2-year-old Bennett.

And so while thinking of names for their fourth daughter, Kylie and Jason talked about naming their youngest “Andie” after Hudson’s legendary character in the 2003 rom-com How To Lose A Guy In 20 Days. It’s one of Kelce’s favorite movies and definitely her favorite romantic comedy.

“And we were like, ‘Andie would fit in there and it would be so cool,’” Kelce said.

“Andie would be so cute,” Hudson agreed enthusiastically.

And it really would be! Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Andie. Just the four Kelce girls (one named after a bad a** movie character!) taking on the world!

Granted, we doubt Kelce would have actually revealed the name. She and her hubby must have ultimately voted against the strong contender, but a girl can hope that “Andie” at least stays in the running for middle name.

If the Kelces do go with “Andie,” there are going to be a lot of sad followers out there. Along with the gender-neutral theme, the Kelces have also given each of their girls a name with two Ts.

“There’s a good chance that this child doesn’t even get two Ts,” Kelce said earlier this year. “I know. People are very invested in this, but I just feel like a curveball might be fun.”

And, realistically, what’s left? “We’ve run out, I think. Just prepare yourselves. If we don’t have two Ts, it’s OK and she’s still one of us.”

And if you — like many other fans — are thinking “Garrett” or “Merritt” … think again. Kelce wants a name that comes with a good nickname.

“I know a lot of great Garys but I cannot name my daughter Garrett knowing that her nickname would be Gary,” she said. And “Merry” is fine for December … but all year long?

So be prepared, there could be a name like “Andie.” And sure, there wouldn’t be two Ts. But at least there would be an epic backstory! Can you imagine being little Andie and having that built-in fun fact? “I’m named after the iconic Andie Anderson, and my mom got this approved by Golden Globe-winning actress Kate Hudson herself!”

From Kamai to Arys, here’s a list of gender-neutral baby names that are super rare.
