“I still battle with today”: Justin Baldoni’s Disturbing Bullying Experience in School Involving Gross Pubic Hair, as Blake Lively Drama Escalates

It has been only months since it started, and yet, the Justin Baldoni-Blake Lively drama is already one of the most talked-about feuds in Hollywood. As new evidence pops up every now and then to make this already confusing enough clash even more perplexing, the former seems to be gaining a lot more empathy from fans than the latter.

That said, as this bitter bad blood continues to escalate between the two amidst their ongoing lawsuit and legal affairs, Baldoni’s old memoir from a few years ago is creating a ripple in the tied. This is because listed in the said memoir are accounts of the actor experiencing bullying in school, involving even gross situations with pubic hair.

Amidst all the details surfacing in the midst of the ongoing legal battle between the It Ends with Us co-stars and the drama between the two really taking the wildest turns possible, some really traumatizing excerpts from Baldoni’s memoir from 2021, Man Enough, have resurfaced and are now making rounds on the internet.

One of these includes Justin Baldoni recounting how he was mocked by older boys, who he claims used to compare the size of their genitals in the locker room, during his school time. As disgusting as that is, that behavior allegedly didn’t stop there as those very boys reportedly snuck pubic hair into his food and even gave him the nickname “Balboner.”

All of this, of course, launched the actor cum director into a deep traumatic downfall, as he went on to confess in his memoir (via The Los Angeles Times): “These types of memories were catalysts for the inferiority complex that plagued me through most of my adolescence and into my twenties, and one that I still battle with today.”

Needless to say, knowing that the Jane the Virgin star had to go through such bullying is indeed a rather heartbreaking revelation, and it’s understandable that the residuals from that inferiority complex still haunt him today. But something worse came out of those experiences as Baldoni developed a rather harmful coping mechanism to deal with the trauma.

While getting bullied is, in itself, one of the most traumatic events a person can go through throughout his lifetime, Justin Baldoni developed a rather detrimental coping mechanism to deal with the psychological distress he was experiencing: The Five Feet Apart director, apparently, turned to p-rnography during the teenage years of his childhood.

As he admitted in Man Enough, Baldoni reportedly used to watch s-x scenes from films and other adult content alone in his room whenever he felt “lonely, insecure, anxious, or even bored.” While viewing p-rnography is a way people try to cope witht the mental agony they’re experiencing, it’s not the healthiest ways to do so as it only worsens feelings of isolation and loneliness, leading to even worse downfall of one’s mental health.

If that wasn’t enough, things got weirder when the Clouds director found himself working alongside the very actresses he once fantasized about. “Some of the weirdest moments of my life have happened in the past few years as my teenage fantasies have merged with my midthirties professional life, and some of these women have become friends,” he admitted in his memoir.

With all of this being put out there, it’s unarguable that life hadn’t been all that kind to Justin Baldoni, who has already survived two different lawsuits in Hollywood before his currently ongoing one with Blake Lively. What remains to be seen is how these newly surfaced details end up affecting it all.
