The TV star, who is beloved for playing Trixie Franklin on the BBC favourite, has been spending lots of time with the divorced dad-of-two, who is 11 years her junior.
Helen has now decided to share him with the world, and gave fans a treat when she finally posted a picture of him.
Sharing a slew of pictures on Instagram, the actress revealed the couple enjoyed a cosy weekend together.
The pair looked happy and relaxed in their first official photo together.
Other pics showed “his and hers” bat robes, as well as lots of long dog walks in the woods.
Sharing the photos, Helen wrote next to them: “A glorious weekend was had by all at @thetawnyhotel. Relaxing, delicious and hearty.”
MEET DAN
Helen first introduced her new man to her fans, when they enjoyed a romantic meal out on Valentine’s Day – although she didn’t share a picture of his face.
Unlike the actress, Dan isn’t a celebrity, but instead is a real estate developer who declares himself a “future thinker and global voyeur” on his Instagram page.
He adds he’s “architecturally inquisitive, marine + mountainous, health + moderation, national + Atlantic oarsman [and] possible viking.”
On his personal page, he shared the picture of Helen with the wine and joked: “’Can I get this to go please? #yesyesyes”.
Dan, who grew up in Wales, is the managing director and founder of real estate consultancy firm Innesco.
Dan was first married in 2008 but split from his partner Kate Wetten in 2016.
The pair share two children – who are 14 and 12.

MOVING ON
Helen’s new romance comes after she joined celebrity dating app Raya last year, shortly after “drifting apart” from her Call The Midwife co-star, Olly Rix.
The actor played Helen’s on-screen husband, Matthew, on the wholesome BBC favourite, and the pair reportedly grew close after their respective off-screen break ups.
Helen called time on her seven-year relationship with Jack Ashton in July 2023, with the couple having two children together.
Jack, who also starred on Call The Midwife as Reverand Thomas, had dated Helen from 2016, following filming of the Christmas special in South Africa.
They welcomed their two daughters, Wren and Lark, in 2017 and 2021 respectively.
Confirming the news of their split online at the time, Helen wrote: “Some months ago, we separated.
“Our two beautiful girls remain the focus and I respectfully ask for privacy for this next chapter.”
