A WOMAN has left the internet stunned after showing her weight loss transformation.

Billie Steele, 53, took to social media to show off her new look and people say she looks twenty years younger.

Now people say the mum looks decades younger[/caption]

The mum, from Australia, now works as a personal fitness trainer and has shared her secrets to help others achieve the same results.

She said she first started her transformation by focusing on weight loss before learning how to look after her skin and applying make-up.

Billie said she was able to lose the weight thanks to a calorie deficit diet and walking.

“I lost 20kg in my 50’s during & after menopause by a calorie deficit, resistance training three days a week, quitting alcohol, walking 10,000 steps a day and now l’ve incorporated running to train for half a marathon in August 2025,” she explained.

Once she achieved her dream body, she focused on her skincare and said she began applying sunscreen every single day to reverse and keep away sun damage.

As well as protecting her skin from harmful UV rays, she also drank two to three litres of water a day to keep her skin hydrated.

She also thanked her daughter for helping her find her style and teach her make-up skills.

“My 25-year-old daughter has helped me choose better make-up and is slowly teaching me how to apply make-up to suit my personality as a 52-year-old woman,” she continued.

“I’ve also had my make-up professionally done last year and that also helped with showing me what was possible.”

Billie also said she swears by wearing false lashes to open up her eyes which you can purchase from Superdrug for as little as £5.


Billie also admitted to getting Botox and a small amount of filler in her upper lip.

The clip saw Billie before and after her transformation and it left people stunned.

The video was shared on her TikTok account @billiesteele_fit and went viral with over 1 million views and 130k likes.

Fans were in awe of her makeover and over 700 people took to the comments to praise her hard work.
