EMBARRASSED RTE 2FM star Carl Mullan has been left in tears after listening to his young kid’s favourite Disney song.
The radio host and his wife Aisling share three kids together, Daibhi, three, Eala, one, and Beibhinn, who was born in January.
It’s safe to say Carl and Aisling have had a busy household over the past few months – but that doesn’t mean they don’t have time to belt out some Disney songs.
In a hilarious video posted to Instagram, the dad-of-three and Aisling were driving with their three kids in the back of the car.
The happy family were singing along to Into The Unknown from Frozen 2.
Aisling pulled out her phone to record her husband giving it his all as the chorus to the song boomed throughout the car.
Carl did a dramatic air grab and patted the wheel to the beat of the tune.
When the host noticed his wife videoing him he immediately went bright red with embarrassment – but not because of his passionate singing.
As Aisling continued to record Carl she noticed he had actually been crying at the Disney tune.
She then burst into a fit of laughter and exclaimed: “Wait are you crying?”
Carl dabbed his tears and nodded his head while weeping over the emotional tune.
The former Dancing With The Stars winner finished out the performance with one last high note and remarked: “Wow, what a banger.”
Aisling sweetly rubbed Carl’s back as tears rolled down his face.
The emotional star penned in his caption: “I was almost too embarrassed to share this but it’s too good not to.
“So two weeks ago when we were in the car on the way home from a day out, blaring the Frozen soundtrack.
“I… a grown man, father of three children, 35 years of age….WAS OVERCOME WITH EMOTION whilst listening to Into The Unknown.
‘HEART IS FULL’
“It’s an absolute BELTER in my defence.”
And fans all flocked to the comment section to laugh about the hysterical moment.
Annie wrote: “Tears of happiness Carl… your heart is full.”
Grainne said: “Ahhh your so cute.”
Rosanna added: “It’s such a belter!!! Love it! No judgement here!”
While Eimear remarked: “Ah…loving the laughter. Never change!”
And Meabh joked: “The definition of a father of three who is trying so hard and is slightly deranged! We’ve all been there.”
