Joseph Aloba, father of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has shared a dream he had about his son, offering a glimpse into his emotional state months after the artist’s passing.
“I saw Mohbad in my dream; he was fine but didn’t say anything to me. He wasn’t crying; he was fine,” Aloba revealed, expressing both sorrow and solace in the vision.
Mohbad, born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, tragically passed away on September 12, 2023, in circumstances that have sparked intense public scrutiny and legal battles.
Reports indicate that an auxiliary nurse, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, administered a questionable tetanus injection to the singer before his demise.
She has since been arrested and is now facing charges of reckless and negligent acts related to the incident.
Beyond the medical negligence, several individuals—including Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and Primeboy—were initially linked to Mohbad’s death due to past conflicts and allegations of harassment.
However, after a thorough investigation, a Lagos Magistrate Court cleared them of any involvement in his passing.
Following his acquittal, Naira Marley spoke out, expressing mixed emotions. “I’m broken, not destroyed,” he stated, adding that despite past disagreements, he and Mohbad had reconciled before the tragedy.
