Wild video shows a man in Memphis, Tenn. repeatedly striking a couple’s car with an ax following a rear-end collision on Feb. 22. The victims told local police that after they accidentally struck the suspect’s vehicle, he began yelling, retrieved an ax and smashed their front and back windshields before driving off.
