The Managing Director of Ghana Publishing Company, Nana Kwasi Boatey, has revealed that the company is undergoing a transformation to boost productivity and expand its reach.
Speaking in an interview on Starr FM, Boatey highlighted the positive shift in workplace morale and the proactive approach the company is adopting.
“I have met the labor unions and unit heads, and they are excited. You can see the energy at work. People are coming early, and there is a new sense of urgency. They are even wearing name tags to show their support,” he said.
He emphasized that the company is no longer passively waiting for contracts but actively seeking business opportunities.
“We are no longer waiting for work to come to us. We are going out there to find it. If we get more jobs, we can hire more people and even expand to other regions like Takoradi and Tamale,”Boatey stated.
