POLICE have reportedly arrested two people for questioning over the alleged kidnapping and murder of British businessman Campbell Scott.
Scott, a senior director with the data analytics company FICO, was last seen in Nairobi on February 17 as cops launched an extensive search before finding his body dumped in a sack.
