Palworld offers many ways for players to buff themselves and their Pals, but for a long time, there was nothing players could do about general passive skills that weren’t already related to Work Skills. Essentially, whatever passive skill a Pal had was what players were stuck with until they found a Pal with a better passive skill. The Pal Labor Research Lab completely changes that, allowing players to boost all Pals for specific tasks.
