The ambitious biblical epic series The Chosenhas already completed five compelling seasons thus far, and the show is renewed for a sixth and seventh as well. Created by filmmaker Dallas Jenkins back in 2017, the show is the first to attempt to tell the biblical story of the life of Jesus across a massive multi-season arc. Bringing familiar stories from the Bible to life with an historical but faith-based approach, The Chosen quickly began to pick up steam as the independently-produced program was seen by more and more people around the globe via streaming.
