Advised by Paul Heyman, Tribal Chief Roman Reigns has thrived as the leader of his tribe. From the very start, there was a lot of retaliation and pushback. While Reigns dealt with all this with Jimmy and Jey Uso, Paul Heyman was always by his side strategizing the next move.
However, recent events could lead to a fallout between the tribal chief and his most important advisor. WrestleMania 41 is knocking on the door, and this time, Roman Reigns will face CM Punk and Seth Rollins in a triple-threat match.

CM Punk is a friend of Paul Heyman. This is already a lot to take, and while this chaos is about to happen at WrestleMania 41, Reigns, who at one point promised Heyman never to mess with Punk, has already declared war. Now, Heyman’s loyalty could be trembling.
How long can Paul Heyman stay loyal to the tribal chief?
In a recent episode of Raw, when CM Punk was down and out in the ring, Paul Heyman was helping him, and Reigns was also there, and it was just unacceptable for the tribal chief. He went out of control, entered the ring, and ran into CM Punk with a brutal spear.
The tribal chief, Seth Rollins, and CM Punk again got into a fight during an episode of SmackDown, and it seems all three WWE superstars are ready to settle it in the triple threat match at WrestleMania.

This is all happening in front of Paul Heyman, while he claimed in 2024 that he secured a promise from the tribal chief that he would never mess with his dear friend Punk. The promise went in vain.
In 2024, Paul Heyman revealed Roman Reigns made a special promise to him to never lay hands on CM Punk

This could be a turning point because Heyman and CM Punk were a successful duo, and this was when Reigns was not even a part of the WWE franchise. The exceptional 432-day WWE title reign was the peak of CM Punk, with Paul Heyman standing by his side.
Although Paul Heyman provided excellent advice, Reigns didn’t always appreciate it; the tribal chief Superman punched Heyman for insubordination.
The tribal chief insults Paul Heyman
During the reign of the tribal chief as a WWE universal champion, Brock Lesnar made a comeback. This was an emotional conflict for Heyman. Though he showed his loyalty to the tribal chief, some of his words went bad, and Roman Reigns knocked him out cold in the ring.
During an episode of SmackDown, the tribal chief confronted Paul Heyman for hiding information about the return of Brock Lesnar and questioned him about saving Brock Lesnar. To make his case, Heyman came back with the worst kind of reply that he could have produced,
I am not protecting Brock Lesnar, I am protecting you from Brock Lesnar
This was a pure insult, and justice got delivered right there with the Superman punch. Roman Reigns’s continuous contradictions with Heyman’s longtime friends could cause a fallout, but it remains unconfirmed.
Heyman and Punk share a special bond, and this triple-threat match at WrestleMania 41 could be a turning point for the tribal chief and his advisor. First, it was Brock Lesnar, and now it is Punk. How many of your friends can you lose?
