It really seems to be the season of workplace conflicts in Hollywood. After Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s very public beef with each other, it would seem that Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot have also hopped on the same train.
While audiences automatically assume that two actresses working on the same project hate each other, there have been plenty of reasons why fans believe that there is bad blood between the two. On top of several sources claiming it to be true, factors like political opinions and social media posts have added fire to the speculation.
Amid so much conversation, could Zegler have confirmed her alleged dislike of Gadot?
Does life imitate art for Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot?
Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot have been at the center of the limelight for the past few weeks. Starring as Snow White and the Evil Queen, respectively, in Disney’s live-action adaptation of Snow White, the pair could have had the time of their lives together. However, it would seem that they took their roles a little too seriously. Although the play adversaries onscreen, the film is allegedly not far off from their real-life dynamic.
There have been plenty of rumors of the two actresses not getting along, and the evidence to back it is quite interesting. While there has been no official confirmation of the same, coincidences can start to turn into patterns very quickly. One of the biggest reasons why audiences believe that the pair dislike each other is because of their political opinions (via Variety).
At the height of the Israel–Palestine conflict in the media, Gadot, who is Israeli herself, made her allegiance to her home country very vocal on her Instagram. With this, one can assume that she and Zegler wouldn’t have gotten along when the latter made her allegiance to Palestine known quite boldly.
In fact, when the actress thanked fans for watching the film’s trailer in 2024, she ended up adding, “And always remember, free Palestine,” in the tweet. The comment was so controversial that the producer of the film, Marc Platt, ended up flying to New York to ask her to take the post down. She did not.
Did Rachel Zegler confirm her beef?
After so many coincidences surrounding Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot’s dynamic, one cannot help but wonder if every public move that they make is calculated. When Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s beef was just rumors, one of the first things that fans noticed was that they were not promoting the film together.
Something similar is happening on the press tour of Snow White, with the two rarely being seen in the same room together. The biggest addition to this speculation has been two posts made by Zegler. The actress posted two photo dumps on her Instagram profile, featuring pictures from the making of the film.
While all of the pictures showcase a welcoming environment, fans could not help but notice that someone was notably missing. Outside of one video with her back, Gadot is not present in any of the pictures, making fans wonder if the choice was intentional.

While calling this a confirmation would certainly be a stretch, this certainly did not aid the rumors that are so clearly brewing.
